SHIPPING
Packages are send with PostNord in Denmark, GLS in Europe and UPS Worldwide. Exceptions cannot be made. All shipments are insured and Track & Trace information is e-mailed upon dispatch.
MAD,ONE has no responsibility for delays in customs processes outside the EU.
Shipping costs
Europe: 20 Euro or free for orders over 220 Euro
Worldwide: 30 Euro or free for orders over 350 Euro
RETURNS
We have put a lot of effort into making the best possible product but if you somehow still want to return an item we got you covered as we have added a pre-paid return label to your order.
To return a product send an email to info@mad-one.cc. Write “Return” and your order number in the subject line and write product and quantity you want to return and explain why you want to return it.
Pack items responsibly and add the pre-paid return label on the packaging. Drop it off at the closest available access point corresponding to the shipping provider. All items must be returned in their original packaging and with the hangtag.
Returned items can not be used or damaged. If an item is used or damaged, MAD,ONE reserves the right to not refund the full amount.
