You’ll receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been sent.

We recommend that you check your tracking number that you will receive in the shipment confirmation email. In the case that a package has been lost or stolen, MAD.ONE holds no responsibility for the goods but the courier service will be taken responsible for it. If this happens, please contact us at info@mad-one.cc and we will assist you.

Returns are free of charge within Europe. Each order includes a pre-paid return shipping label.

You can return your items but unfortunately we don’t offer free returns outside Europe so the courrier service will be at your charge.

We accept Credit and Debit cards and Apple pay.

We do not offer gift cards for now.

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your payment and order has successfully gone through.

Shipping is free of charge for orders above 180 Euros within Europe, otherwise shipping will cost 10 Euros for DHL Economy and 20 Euros for DHL express.

For non European orders, shipping is free of charge above 350 Euros, otherwise shipping will cost 20 Euros for DHL Economy or 30 Euros for DHL Express.

Packages are sent with DHL. We offer DHL Economy and DHL Express. You will receive a tracking number to track your order.

Don’t worry, please contact us immediately and we will assist you to update the address.

All EU orders are automatically including VAT so you will have nothing more to declare or pay when you have placed your order.

All non-EU orders will be exempt for EU VAT at check-out, but subject to local duties and taxes upon delivery. MAD.ONE is not responsible for paying any local duties and taxes.
